I went up to The Happy Quilter yesterday for the first day of the closing sale and saw many friends there. It's sad to close such a wonderful place which has provided so many good times to us all, but it's a good time to go to the shop. Lorraine is having a great sale for the next two weeks. Shopping there now will be supporting her as she makes this transition, and it's never a bad idea to purchase beautiful fabric!!
I love to teach and be surrounded by quilters/artists, and I'm happy to say there is a plan to continue to do this in a wonderful new place. I will keep you posted as plans become more clear, but in the meantime, go to The Happy Quilter. Everyone will be happy to see you there!!
