Brownstone Quilt Show

I recently entered a few quilts in the Brownstone Quilters Guild Show. It was a beautiful show and the members of the guild work overtime to put it all together. There were a lot of stunning quilts and I was pleased that two of my quilts received ribbons! This quilt I named "Walking" because it was made to show a number of designs made only with lines using the Walking Foot on my machine. It received a 2nd place ribbon in the category of Large Wall Quilt, Pieced and was also named Best Use of Color.

This one, which I call "Sampler of My Favorites" received a 1st place ribbon in the category Wall Quilt, Professionally Quilted. I've been enjoying working on this one for a really long time, and I used a number of favorite fabrics over the years. It waited around for awhile to be quilted till I finally had an idea of what to do!
